Question: Why does the cursor freeze or get stuck sometimes?
Answer: You have unintentionally activated the scroll function by moving your finger up or down at the far side of the pad in a program or an area of a program where scrolling is not possible. This only happens when you are working in a program or an area of a program where the scroll function is not possible to use, such as e.g. an administrative program, accounting or sales support program where the user fills in fields and skips between the fields. If this occurs, simply lift the finger from the pad and the scroll function will be deactivated.
